PROCESSING TIME

All our items are made to order, I am doing my best to do them as soon as possible, but please allow a turn around time of 2 to 7 working days.

I will update it if I need to on the website if any changes occur.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

NEW ZEALAND deliveries – we ship parcels anywhere in New Zealand using a tracked courier, the tracking number can be provided if required.

. Your items should arrive within 2-3 working days.

. Please allow extra days for delivery to rural addresses.

. Parcels are sent Monday-Friday, not including public holidays.

. Flat rate shipping NZ $6.50 Tracked

. Flat rate Rural shipping NZ $9.50 Tracked

. Gift boxes North Island NZ $ 9.50 Tracked

South Island NZ $17 Tracked

. Free shipping NZ on orders over $150 NZD

Please no PO Boxes, provide a physical address during checkout

. Your items should arrive within 3-10 working days.

. Parcels are sent Monday-Friday, not including public holidays.

. Australia : flat rate at $20 NZD by NZ POST airmail - UNTRACKED.

INTERNATIONAL deliveries

UNAVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT due to Covid shipping issues

. Your items should arrive within 15-20 working days but can take 1- 2 months in some areas.

. Parcels are sent Monday-Friday, not including public holidays.

. World wide : flat rate at $25 NZD by NZ POST airmail - UNTRACKED.

IMPORTANT NOTE :

Currently there might be delays due to Covid 19.

International orders may be subject to additional custom fees, duties or taxes that are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

If you decide to have your parcel untracked. Once dispatched you will assume the risk of loss for you order. Baboo cannot provide refunds if your items are lost in transit.

PRIVACY

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorized by our bank, using secure encryption.
